love light and laughter

Fabulous Adelaide, gorgeous kids, beautiful weather and a week long mentoring some amazing student photographers in the art of finding the light and photographing children.

Today was no exception, check out these gorgeous kids my girlfriend lended me for a mentoring shoot !

Do I really have to go home????

Helen Hriskin - What can I say Ainz, again these are amazing wonderful shots, you have captured the very things I love and adore about my children.
No Pixifoto’s for this chic (well unless I’m doing the prop & styling..LOL) I don’t care about everyone posing perfectly with a smile, they don’t need to smile at all – I want you to capture their individual personalities and every kind of mood they portray.
Oh how I love how you get me and mine and love how easy and wonderful it is to work it work it work it baby!!!
We’re gonna look back on this snippet of life experience with so much fond memory, what a blast – thanks for being my playful friend willing to dip in and out of my weird and wonderful life.

I know if I had a tree in my backyard like the one we shot Zsa in, I would most likely find her there just like that.
And Stella, OMG, I’m still cracking up and really wish I could share so much more about the dark humour we shared…LOL
Love you babe!

Sarah Gentilcore - Awwww the CARES girls!!! ALL beautiful shots of you all!
However, I am seriously contemplating setting up Helen’s boy J with my niece E when they are a bit older! He melts my heart…..Hopefully Ainslie will be back in Adelaide again …couldn’t get myself organised for a photo shoot this time around, but maybe next time when my boys are a bit older !?!!
